hi lads.
i see you lads are doing better than last season.
have you played wello or basford yet?
i play for headstocks its our second season so were doing ok now.
we just cant defend but decent up front i think.
we played volo at the weekend and at one point looked like we were gonna get hammered 4-1 down in first 20 mins but they are a good side.
they got the davey lad up front and they just signed that wak lad who plays for heanor town.
but after that we was on top i think and missed a penalty as well.
ended up losing 4-2.
i see you had a close game with beeston rovers?
have they got better or something???

We've played Park Tavern first game of the season & beat them 3-0!!!!!! To be fair I think we played them at the right time.

Have you played Wellington OB yeah, what do we need to look out for.

wello are no great shakes although we lost to them we had a scratch side out.
very poor at the back and slow.
but got a good midfield which scores goals.
other than that not much really.
very beatable.
what was park tavern like then?

Very physical. On the day however, we got a couple of early goals and our keeper played a blinder, saving us on a number of occasions.

Just be ready for a physical game and as long as you are willing to compete you will be ok. I will say though that I think we played them at the right time.

If Wello are beatable how come noones beat them. They seem to have a striker that can score goals Burgess I think his name is?

Nothing been given away about Beeston Rovers have improved alot since pre season all up and down with most side's in this division so far this season from the results that have come in so far.

Well i think its just down to sheer luck wello have not lost yet.they will lose i guarentee it.basford will lose more as everyone knows what to expect.And they play volo this wekend so that should be a good game.When you play wello put your fastest guy up front and play straight through the middle fast.they just cant handle any kind of pace.just remember to play through fast.
they play the same way but dont have much pace in the side.But i agree the league is up and down at the moment and anyone who can put a run together will easily catch the top two.
