Although we didn't manage to win I honestly think we are moving in the right direction as far as our performance was concerned. Too many times last season we were 2, 3, 4 or even more goals down with 20 minutes to go. That effectively means the game was over with a quarter still left to play. And it doesn't matter how competitive you are you just start going through the motions. The good thing about Sunday though, was that we were in the game right up until the last minute and we could have, and should have, claimed at least a draw. What does eveyone else think?

CORRECT.
FINISHING COST US DEAR, MUCH AS I HATE TO ADMIT IT! ADAM AND I WERE BOTH GUILTY OF MISSING GOLDEN OPPORTUNITYS.
HOWEVER THE EFFORT WAS THERE, ALTHOUGH PERSONALLY THE CHASE WENT OUT OF ME FOR HE LAST TEN, I THOUGHT FITNESS LEVELS WERE GOOD, AND THE PASSING MOVEMENT AND GENERAL PLAY WERE OF A MUC H INPROVED STANDARD TO LAST YEAR.
FOR SOME REASON HOWEVER, THE CONFIDENCE FROM THE FIRST GAME WAS LACKING IN THIS FIXTURE.
