Hi,
Yes we would be interested in playing you in a friendly.
If possible we would like to play you on any of the following Sundays:
24 July
31 July
7 August
I have pitches booked for each of these dates although if you have a venue in mind we don't mind changing.
I'll try and get to talk to you at the AGM on 28 June but please feel free to reply here.

I will try and make sure I speak to Elvis at the AGM on Tuesday just to try and make things a little more definite.

Sorry but have some bad news im afraid going to have to pull out of our friendly against you on July 24th as just found out most of the players are going to be away untill the end of July hope you manage to get another side to replace us Snienton are after games so they might be able to play or midlands are after games too and DBBulwell as well are after games could try again near the end of August if you like.
