A nice start to the season with a good victory against Druids Tavern.

Well i can't speak for everyone, but i was impressed! ;D
Well organised, a good turnout, an impressive start.
As stated in the match report, not perfect, but a well deserved victory. In the words of Harry "i never thought we were going to lose, not even when they scored".
If all our games are like that, with a little more fitness, then i think Bridge Inn are in for a much more successfull season than last.

Yeah, not a bad start at all. The only problem seems to be with the number of injuries we are picking up at the moment.
Rick is out for at least two months with a displaced fracture of a metatarsal, Mark is not 100% fit, Lennie is out for the next few weeks and Kelvin is..... well just a great big girl.
This will mean that for some games during the next few weeks it will look like we are a bit short of numbers.
Just keep the faith though everyone. When all our players return we will have more than enough.

Is mark still suffering from his knee?
Kelvin is a girl agreed!
Just have to play manny in the midfield! He can win us some headers in the new extra large kit!
