Just a quick note to congratulate every one of the Bridge Inn team who played against BCTFC yesterday. Although the performance wasn't perfect, the effort and work rate were superb.
There have been occassions this season when we haven't got the result our performance deserved but yesterday wasn't one of them.
I'm sure BCTFC would argue that they were the better team but when you keep things tight at the back you always give yourself the chance to get a positive result.
And hey presto, my Sunday afternoons are a lot happier all of a sudden.
