Caretaker manager James Hall is not phased following the fans criticism of the tactics used in last night’s encounter.

"We will still be champions" he quoted the Evening Post. "This was a minor blip and we can bounce back from this." Hall has defended his players saying "they played their heart on their sleeves. The men that ran out on Tuesday night are true champions and deserve that trophie trophy."

It has been quoted on Showboat FC Forums that Hall has fallen out with 'splitters' of the team including misfiring forward Gavin Webb. "I am not happy with the commitment of Webb. He has a lot to prove in the next few weeks. We brought him back from the reserves after his spell of nancy diving and that seemed to of done him some good, now he repays the fans with his no show last night. Not good enough"

Hall also stated that he will be having a personal meeting with the FA chairman David Triesman regarding Roseberys Roseberry’s use of ineligible players.
