TO MATT AND ALL WHO TURNED UP 4 TRAINING,MANY THANKS I REALLY NEEDED IT (NO I REALLY DID ONLY A FEW HOURS LATER IAM PAYING FOR IT ,I'M KNACKED BUT NO ITS FOR THE BEST,WELL GUYS AT LEAST I BROUGHT THE AVERAGE AGE DOWN ;D (HA HA HA ) NO SERIOUSLY I WAS ONLY KICKED TWICE STOOD ON ONCE ( I'M POLISHING MY RED&YELLOW CARDS AS I WRITE THIS ;D ) ONLY TWICE I ASK ? APOLOGIZE FOR NEXT WEEK AS I HAVE A TOURNAMENT TO DO AND CANNOT BE THERE WITH YOU AS THE TRAINING SESSION WAS VERY GOOD VERY PROFESSIONAL LOOKING FORWARD TO PRE SEASON GAMES REGARDS THE REF

It was a good session yesterday which I enjoyed as well. However my hamstrings are as tight as piano wire this morning. It was nice to see you there Mike and hopefully you'll now be able to keep up with the box to box runs I've decided to add to my game

thats alrite then if its box to box for matt then i can jsut relax on the right hand side realising that matt will be there...... matt what box are you intending on running to? hehe. standing in one box in the first half then another in the 2nd doesnt count unless you score the winning goals of course.
