I thought it only right, that following my criticm of Tony's previous displays, that I congratulate him on his good reffing display on sunday. Sunday was a difficult game to referee and the opposition questioned most decisions, on the whole Tony was strong, gave a lot of good decisions and didn't let either team ref the game. Thought I'd check on the progress! I'll come & see you in the near future - It's a bit depressing not being able to play! - think my body's trying to tell me something, although there are those who would say I've not been listening to it for years!!
Good to hear praise for Porn Star, Gareth! - -pity I never got to experience a good performance by the tight shirted one!!

Nice to hear from you Rick. Sorry I haven't replied sooner but I've just started a new job and have been neglecting my web administrator duties. Although if you look at the website now you'll see I'm back with a vengence. Things aren't going too well on the pitch as I'm sure you've seen from our results page and league placing. However, we've got a bunch of lads who are all reliable and committed. We just need a couple of good results to get things rolling. Do I take it from your post that you are considering hanging up your boots  . It would be a shame if you were. We could do with a cheerleader though....... so get Nicky down one Sunday (lycra, pom poms, pig tails - Mark would be happy!!!) ;D Hope to see you soon. Matt |
