Unfortunately after training on Wednesday it was discovered that Harry had had his car broken into and had both his phone and his wallet nicked from his glove box.
This is not the first incident I have heard of cars being broken into at Harvey Hadden Stadium. And this despite there being on site security (chocolate teapots spring to mind!!!)
Can you all make sure that you leave nothing of value in your car. Bring it to the pitch and leave it in a bag behind one of the goals. It may also be worth emptying your glove box of all items and leaving it open while you play football. That way these thieveing b@stards know there is nothing worth stealing and it may save you an insurance claim.
It may also be worth following the above suggestions for Sunday games also. Although it has been quite a while since we have had an incident like this we shouldn't get too complacent.
