I know what you're thinking, 'We've not even finished this season yet and he's already harping on about next season'!!! 
Well unfortunately I am. But I promise you it's not my fault (it never is)
Basically the league needs to know if we plan on resigning from the Nottingham Combination League by 31 March 2008. If we don't say anything then they will assume that we will be taking part again next season. The impact of this is that if we then resign from the league after this date the Club is fined and this can sometimes prevent players from joining other teams unless they pay a portion of the fine.
So it's at this time each season that we ask if anyone thinks they might NOT be playing for us next season. It could be that you know for sure that you will be moving on or it could just be a possibility but if you have any doubts please speak to either Craig or myself.
Please note that if you don't say anything you are NOT committing yourself to us for next season and you can still move on at a later date if you wish. However, it does help us to plan for next season. How many players could we possibly lose? How many players would we need to recruit during the Summer? Etc, etc.
Over the seasons we've had many players who have literally just 'disappeared' without any explanation or reason at the end of the season. And, as far as I know, Craig doesn't kill them off and bury them under his patio, so please be honest and open.
Hopefully you'll ALL be returning next season.
