without sounding patrinising, you play Bestwood and Varsity in a few weeks, The key to beating Bestwood, is to be tight at back because their strikers are ok, but make sure you attack them because if you get plenty of shots in there defense crumbles, also put your fastest player upfront because he will kill them for speed.
Varsity, again create many chances as we(samba) had many chances but didnt convert them, and also with bestwood dont let them bully you , get in hard!
also at samba , being new too team its good because starting from last week, we had motivational music in changing rooms before we went out then whilst the other team warmed up on pitch, we warmed up away from the pitch and concentrated on preparing mentally and physically with sprint exercises, and passing circles. we then went onto the pitch and felt ready to compete, and we formed a circle and as we strecthed , communicated and talked about issues that need arising such as set pieces etc. then we play game and we won 4-2 and we did it last year and we beat newcastle arms on their own soil 4-1 so we will continue.
