After much thought i have decided to leave Bridge Inn FC, and play for Beeston Rylands Academy this season.

The reasons behind this decision are that i wish to play at the highest standard i can, whilst i am still young enough to do so. Rylands are offering me first division football from a side that has achieved two on the trot promotions in the lsat two years. I watched them knock out premier opposition in a close fought cup game this sunday, whilst out injured, and decided that i wanted to play for them. I've been promised first team opportunitys, and am looking forward to a new challenge.

I hope you guys can understand my decision, and i wish Bridge Inn and all its players and staff the very best of luck with the current season.

I'm sorry to hear that Dan and I must admit a little disappointed but then that's only because I don't want to lose ANY players. Particularly those that have obviously shown that they are reliable.

However, I'm not going to fall out with you over it and I must admit that I'm pleased you have at least had the decency to let us know where we stand and not string us along (not for too long anyway....are you sure you were injured on Sunday , just asking that's all). A lot of players have left us in the lurch in the past and I glad you haven't.

I just hope your brother wants to stick around as he is a good player and seems like a good lad too. I could do with his mobile number. Text it too me rather than post it here you never know who is looking!!!!!!

Good luck Dan and you never know I might appear on the sideline one Saturday and give you some abuse.

Dave is staying as far as i know, i hope you guys will encourage him, as he's only 16 but already a very good player. I would like to think that he will fill my boots nicely at bridge.

If i'm not around to abuse you sundays i'll do it on here ;D
