Not heard much on your board for a while who have you lined up for your pre season tour this year ?

Well Division 3 fan I can exclusively reveal that our first three pre-season friendlies have now been arrranged. Our first warm-up game will be against our Division 3 rivals Beeston United on 30 July 2006. We will follow that game with a match against a Long Eaton Sunday League Division 3 team. Then our annual fixture against Toton Manor will follwo that. All these games will be played at Grove Farm while our home ground is having it's capacity increased!!!! We still have two friendlies left to organise but these should be exclusively revealed on latoquefc.co.uk Keep watching  |

Hi did try to catch your friendly last sunday but missed it how did it go what was the score ? I kno it was another hot day and that a fact when are the pics you talked about taking at that match going on the site then we know who is who.

You're right Div 3 fan it was another hot day and to be perfectly honest we didn't play that well again and we lost 3-5. BUT, it is still early days and to be perfectly honest with you we're in a similar position to what we were this time last season. And then we went on to have a good season. Just seen the result from your last friendly you got off the ball with that nice win that will get all your team going now.I went on Sporting Wheelbarrow message board and I see they rip off you own Managers Mumblings which started off life right here on your board and was a great read each week.Hope the good results carry on next week and will be cheaking back to see how you got on.Have the photo's that your were putting on your site been added not had a chance to look.

Well if it isn't our favourite Division 3 fan again!!!!! Yeah, it was nice to get our first win of the season and more importantly we looked a lot better defensively than in the previous two games. Although winning isn't the be all and end all during pre-season victories do help confidence. Both individually and collectively. As for Managers Mumblings, I knew we should have copyrighted it!!!!  And finally the photo's!!!! We have such a motley looking crew that it is taking more time than expected to digitally enhance all of our players looks. And believe me they need it (not you though Kelv, you're beautiful ) They will be on-line soon though. |
