Having to organise the rabble that is the La Toque FC squad for the best part of two seasons without a break had, quite frankly, left me shattered. So a short sabbatical was called for.
Obviously the time away hasn't affected the football machine that I am as I was the only player who remained undefeated in all three games at the resumption of Wednesday football last night.
Back to business. It has been mentioned on here about organising the teams annual night out on Saturday 27 June. If this is inconvenient for anyone please let me.
Also the pitches for the first three pre-season friendlies have been booked for the first three Sundays in August so the new season isn't too far away. No opponents have been organised as yet (although with our league form last season thats probably not a bad thing) but all the news will be reported on the website................ once I've updated the d**n thing!!!
Now, who did we play on November 2nd?
