Below is an article that appeared in the Nottingham Evening Post today which I thought we might all benefit from reading.
The article particularly caught my eye because there are a number of quotes that have relevance to any football team, La Toque FC included.
I personally think that point one should be adopted as our motto and that the sentiments in the final point can not be improved upon.
He could really have been speaking about La Toque FC and I know for a fact that all these issues will form a lot of what Craig will be wanting to see from every player next season.
What does everyone else think?
"Gary Megson today outlined his blueprint for League One success, revealing: "Attitude will be as important as ability."
The Forest boss says he has adopted a strict transfer policy over the summer, by only targeting players he believes have the right character for the fight ahead.
He says the five players he has brought to the City Ground in recent weeks, all have one thing in common - a fierce determination to succeed.
Megson explained: "We are in a position where attitude is as important as ability this season.
"That is why I was so keen to bring Ian Breckin here and it is also one of the reasons why we brought all the other lads in too.
"They are all players with strong characters, which is what we are going to need.
"That is what will make us successful."
Megson said that he has done thorough research on all his signings, before trying to bring them to the City Ground.
"You can see what a player is capable of on the pitch, just by watching them," he said.
"But you have to find out what they are like off it too, that is just as vital.
"You can have all the ability in the world, but if you haven't got the right attitude it doesn't matter.
"You have to do your homework on players, to make sure they are the kind of people you want around.
"You talk to managers, to players to people in the game, to journalists - and you can get a good idea by simply talking to the player themselves.
"First impressions can count for a lot."
