Well first of all I'd like to thank all my fellow Fantasy Footballers for their messages of congratulations after I clinched the inaugural La Toque FC Fantasy Football league title at the weekend. Your generosity has been underwhelming 
The final week of the Premier League season saw me extend my lead at the top of the table to 28 points after amassing the weeks best score of 65 points.
The runner up spot went to long time absentee Gareth Cook who managed to push both Paul Thompson and Phil Naylor into 3rd and 4th places respectively.
Mid table obscurity saw Kully, Phil Cater, Gary Munro and Gavin Webb all too far away from the teams at the top to mount a serious title challenge. But also far enough away from the teams at the foot of the table to ever be embarrassed by finishing bottom.
That accolade ultimately went to Loz Cox who found himself with the Wooden Spoon by finishing 36 points behind second from bottom Craig Brooks and 360 points behind top spot.
Will I be able to build a Manchester United type dynasty by winning the title again next season? Only time will tell ;D
