You spoke to soon.
An under par performance today and a defeat 4-3.
Despite the defeat, there are positives to come out of the performance and it's no all doom and gloom.

No offence my friend but you lost to PMR a side you prevoiusly hammerd and overall the whipping boys of this division.I know i wasnt there to witness but its hard to see what positives there are to take from a defeat like that.PMR are shocking and i should know as my brother plays for them.I couldnt believe they actually beat you as you were classed as one of the favourites to win this particular division by some people.

To be fair there were only 3 or 4 players that we recognised from our game against them a month ago so they've gone through some changes since then. That said we let ourselves down with our performance, particularly in the second half. After we'd recovered from going 0-2 down we finished the first half the stronger of the two teams and went in at the interval deservedly back on level terms but we were way off the pace in the second half. But to be fair PMR played some good stuff after the break. Personally I'm still smarting, more from the fact that our performance didn't do us any justice than the defeat itself. And there are ALWAYS positives in any game. Even if you have to look a bit harder for them

hi matt and lads. we were in same situation on sunday, seemenly playing an inferior team on stats, but as you know things dont go like it on the pitch. taverners were well up for it and were winning until half way through second half. we did miss a penno in the last 5 mins but 2-2 was a fair result. seems theyve changed there team a bit from there first game according to there manager. they are quite forceful coming forward. you no doubt will pick up next game lads. keep plugging away
