Next fixture v FC Samba '07 - Sunday 19 August

Please note the following important information about our game against FC Samba '07 this Sunday

1, Kick off time is 10am NOT 10:30am as in previous weeks
2, Please be at the venue by 9:15am
3, The venue for this game is Grove Farm

Now that the really important stuff is out of the way I've created some directions below for those of you unsure of where the venue is.

- Travelling on the A52 head towards the Clifton fly over. Showcase Cinema's should be on your right.
- Come off the A52 and approach the island under Clifton fly over.
- At the island take the third exit (as if you were turning right).
- Almost immediately you leave the island take the first left. The road is only a minor one and (I think) there is a sign for a par 3 golf course.
- Follow this road down towards the Trent where it takes a 90 degree bend to the right. Continue to follow this road all the way to the end where it eventually opens up into the Grove Farm car park.

If anyone has any problems with either the earlier kick off time or finding the venue then please contact Craig.

One thing I did forget to mention was that match subs for the game on Sunday will be £4.

This is mainly to help cover the exhorbitant cost of the pitch (£50!!!).

It might also be a good place to remind everyone that match subs next season are £4 per player for home games and £3 per player for away games. These costs are for all players who are in the starting 11. Substitutes normally pay about £2 depending on how much playing time they get ;D
